Draft policies for team review — October 29, 2026. Not approved or legally reviewed.
ACJ will collect only information needed to manage requests, payment, communications and pickup. ACJ must disclose actual third-party providers, retention periods and privacy contact before launch. Do not place personal details in QR or barcode contents. Customers may request access or correction through ACJ's published contact channel. Text alerts require separate affirmative opt-in and an opt-out mechanism. No automated text or email is active in this research preview.
Cart and invoices in the research preview are estimates, not accepted orders. A live order is confirmed only after ACJ accepts it and the payment provider confirms the required deposit. Proposed payment schedule: 50% down at checkout; remaining 50% due 14 days after the order/deposit date, subject to team approval of orders scheduled sooner than 14 days. Final prices, taxes, pickup location, deadlines and availability must be confirmed before charging.
Customers should bring their confirmed order number and QR/barcode and arrive at the agreed pickup time. A code alone does not authorize release. ACJ must verify order/payment status and identity using its secured order records; never display sensitive customer details in a public code. Pickup changes require ACJ confirmation.
Food runners verify the order in ACJ's secure system, confirm the vehicle/customer, follow food safety and temperature handling requirements, check item count, hand over the correct order and record pickup completion. Never rely solely on a screenshot or code. Escalate discrepancies to a supervisor before releasing food.
Interpretation requiring ACJ approval: tiers below are based on how far BEFORE scheduled pickup ACJ receives a cancellation. They are not final until the team confirms the timing basis. Refund percentages refer to the total order price, but refunds cannot exceed the amount actually paid; any remaining unpaid balance must be addressed under the final contract.
The 10-, 24-, 48- and 72-hour boundaries, no-show rules, refunds of deposits, processing fees, delivery charges, and food safety exceptions require written team approval. Applicable law and card-network rules override any conflicting provision.
